Niniejsza polityka prywatności (zwana dalej „Polityką”) zawiera informacje odnośnie przetwarzania przez administratora (określonego poniżej) Twoich danych osobowych, jak również wykorzystywanie plików cookies.

w związku ze stosowaniem od dnia 25 maja 2018 roku rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej zwanym „RODO”) (Dz. U. UE L z dnia 4 maja 2016 r.) na podstawie art. 13 RODO poniżej przedstawiamy Ci informację na temat przetwarzania przez nas Twoich danych osobowych.

III- Purposes and grounds for your data processing:
We process your data based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1) point (f) of GDPR), which is:
- Website management,
- Ensuring the security of the Website and other users,
- Carrying out statistical analysis,
- Spełnienia obowiązków prawnych wynikających z RODO w zakresie realizacji Twoich praw i w związku z tym archiwizowania Twoich żądań kierowanych do nas lub informowania Cię o zagrożeniach dla Twojej prywatności.

- Website management - until the data are no longer useful for us;
- Ensuring the security of the Website and other users - until the data are no longer useful;
- Carrying out statistical analysis - for 30 days of their collection;
- Compliance with legal obligations under GDPR regarding the exercise of your rights and archiving your requests addressed to us or informing you of any threat to your privacy - until the statute of limitations expires.
V – Transfers of personal data to a third country:
Your data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

We kindly inform you that you have the rights to:
- Access your data and copies of the data,
- Correct (rectify your data),
- Erase your data - if you believe that we are not entitled to process them, you can request to delete your data,
- Restrict the processing of the data - you can request to restrict the personal data processing to their storing if you believe that your data are incorrect or their processing is against the law; you do not want us to delete them because you need them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the verification that the objection is justified,
- Object to processing,
You can object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes if such processing is performed based on a legitimate interest of the controller, and we cease such processing.
You can object to the processing of your personal data for other purposes if such processing is performed based on the legitimate interest of the controller. The request should include a justification of the objection specifying what is the particular situation because of which you are objecting. The objection shall not be considered if we demonstrate that our legitimate interest overrides your claim or that we need your data to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims towards you.
Right to data portability
The right to data portability relates to data you provided based on consent or contract and whose processing is carried out by automated means. You can receive them in a structured format, e.g. XML, or we can transmit those data directly to a designated data controller.
Right to lodge a complaint - Since 5 May 2018, if you find that we are processing your data against the law, you will be able to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another supervisory authority in the event when we process your data based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and as a result, we will cease to process such data if there is no other legal basis giving us such an option.
Your withdrawal of the consent does not affect the legitimacy of the processing before the withdrawal.
VII – Information about the requirement/voluntary nature of providing the data
We may require you to provide us with your data if required by law.
In all other cases, providing personal data is voluntary.
Cookies
