Your personal data can be processed for the following purposes:
- to conduct marketing initiatives related to the operations of the Personal Data Controller, including establishing business relationships, sending offers, information about goods, services, special offers, news, newsletters and season's greetings- as part of the consent you have given – pursuant to Article 6(1) point (a) of the GDPR, Article 10(2) of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services and Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law;
- to fulfil obligations under the GDPR, e.g., to create records and registers - pursuant to Article 6(1) point (c) of the GDPR (legal obligation) and Article 6(1) point (f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller);

- Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country;
- Your personal data will be stored until the purpose of the processing has been achieved, but no longer than that:
- Until your consent is withdrawn - in the event that the consent is the basis for processing;
- Until an objection is effectively made - in the event when the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller constitutes the basis for processing.
- The provision of your data is voluntary. However, without this, we cannot send you information about our products, services, news or special offers.
- You have the right to access your personal data, rectify them, erase them or restrict their processing, object to data processing and the right to transfer the data.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with a relevant supervisory authority if you consider that your data are processed against the law.
