We are proud that our company has just been awarded the HR Leader certificate Lider HR for its commitment to responsible employee management! This award confirms our efforts to create a stable and motivating work environment and a dedicated attitude towards colleagues.

Nowadays, more and more emphasis is placed on the responsibility of employers. As a company that always focuses on the value of people, we are happy to fulfill our mission, taking care of the well-being and development of our colleagues.

The Odpowiedzialny Pracodawca: Lider HR certificate is the result of the process of evaluating our company in terms of practices related to employment, human resources management, organizational culture and crisis management.

“In the face of a crisis, be it economic, social or health, the role of the employer becomes even more important. A responsible employer not only cares about maintaining the stability of the company, but also focuses in its activities on the broadly understood well-being of its employees.”

 

Employer's activities in the post-pandemic and crisis era

In the post-pandemic era, as well as during the crisis, the roles of the board and HR departments have become even more important. A responsible employer must take concrete actions to meet the challenges of this new world.

“The basic activity of a responsible employer in times of crisis should be clear and transparent communication with employees. Informing the team about the current situation in the organization, its activities and forecasts for the future.”

Both proper communication and listening to employees' needs are the key to success.

 

Changes in the era of the pandemic and strengthening the permanent aspects of the company

Further actions that take into account the well-being of employees largely concern the changes that have taken place under the influence of the pandemic. The main such change is the introduction of remote work.

“Remote work (…) has become an indispensable element of the activities of most companies.
(…) A responsible employer should provide its employees with appropriate conditions for remote work, such as: access to the necessary equipment and systems and ongoing technical support. In Cloudware Polska, we have additionally introduced a more flexible approach to work schedules.”

In addition to changes in the working mode, we put a lot of emphasis on employee support.

“The crisis has shown us what is really important from the perspective of employees - a sense of security, the greatest possible support in the field of preventive health care and the so-called work-life balance.”

The last area is the one on which Cloudware Polska has focused the most in recent months. In order to maintain work-life balance, we introduced the possibility of working 6 hours a day, which has had a positive effect on the sense of motivation and efficiency at work for over a year now.

 

Social responsibility - activities of the Cloudware Foundation - Lepszy Start

A responsible employer understands its role in the local community and takes actions that contribute to its development. This may include participating in social projects, charitable initiatives, protecting the environment or supporting the local economy.

That is why “our company has created the Cloudware Foundation – Better Start, which deals with supporting children and youth in developing and building competences in terms of learning programming and learning about new technologies. The Foundation's mission is to introduce students to the world of IT and prepare them to take the first steps in their professional career. Our employees take an active part in the functioning of the Foundation, passing on their knowledge and experience so that the Foundation's charges can better enter adult life.”

In our company, the following aspects are equally important: fair terms of cooperation, individual approach to employees, relationships in teams, especially in the case of remote work; support in development and openness to innovation.
