GDPR PRIVACY NOTICE
for job candidates
I. [Data controller]
- The personal data controller is Cloudware Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw 00-728, ul. Dziekońskiego 1, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Division of the National Court Register with the No. 0000360267, holder of the tax identification No. NIP 7010244049.

II. [Purposes, legal grounds and duration of processing]
- Candidates’ personal data shall be processed for the purposes of recruitment processes only. The controller shall process personal data for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process with respect to the data referred to in Article 22 1 of the Labour Code based on Article 6(1) point (c) of GDPR. As to the rest of the data, the controller processes them on the basis of the consent given by explicit confirmation to do so because such data have been included in the application (Article 6(1) point (a) of GDPR)
- Candidates' personal data will be shared with other companies in the corporate group in order to carry out interviews according to Article 6(1) point (f) of GDPR.
- The personal data of the recruited individual will be transferred to healthcare institutions on the basis of Article 6(1) point (c) of the GDPR for the purpose of the pre-employment medical checks referred to in Article 229 of the Labor Code.
III. [Recipients of data]
Candidates' personal data may be processed by entities that provide ancillary services related to recruitment (e.g., recruitment portals), healthcare institutions, and companies within the corporate group.
IV. [Rights of the data subjects]
- Each data subject has the right to:
- a) access the data;
- b) receive a copy of the data;
- c) rectify the data;
- d) erase the data;
- e) restrict processing;
- f) transfer the data;
- g) object;
- h) cancel the consent.
- A data subject should use the contact information provided in Item I of this Clause to exercise the aforementioned rights.
V. [President of the Personal Data Protection Office]
A data subject shall have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the data subject considers that processing their personal data is against the law.
VI. [Requirement to provide data]
It is required to provide the data specified in Article 22 1 of the Labour Code to participate in the recruitment process. The provision of other data is optional.
